Chaque pièce est réalisée à partir de matières recyclées ou de coupons de tissus. Notre travail artisanal est basé sur le zéro déchet, avec, comme exigence, les qualités de sélection textile, de production, et de finition.
Dût à cette démarche, il est impossible de garantir la réutilisation de matières identique d'un article à l'autre, ainsi que de définir leurs compositions exacte.
Cependant, sois sûre que nos pièces ne contiennent pas de cuir sans qu'on ne l'indique sur la fiche produit.

Nos vêtement sont presque tous oversize.
Ce guide de taille te permet d'avoir les mensurations correspondantes au « porté» que l'on te recommande.

Code d'entretien
La plupart de nos articles sont composés de coton et fibres synthétique, mais ils peuvent aussi contenir de la laine voir de la soie. Si le code d'entretien n'est pas spécifié sur la fiche produit de l'article, on te conseil un lavage doux en machine à 30°C maximum, de laisser ton vêtement sêcher à l'air et de le repasser au fer en mode synthétique.

Retour & Echange
Nous ne faisons pas d'échange, mais un remboursement est possible. Tu peux annuler une commande avant qu'elle soit expédiée.
Un retour ne peut être fait que s'il est dût à un défaut de production (couture décousue, dégorgement de teinture, etc), et non d'usage.
Pour nous retourner un article, il faut nous contacter dans les 14 jours après reception de ta pièce. Nous te fournirons alors les instructions afin de nous le renvoyer. Après réception et constatation des défauts, nous prcèderons à ton remboursement via paypal ou virement bancaire.
Nous ne pourrons donc pas te rembourser si les dégâts sont dût à un mauvais usage du vêtement ou un non respect du code d'entretien. Ton retour doit s'effectuer, aussi, dans les 14 jours après reception de votre article.
Enfin, il est de ta responsabilité d'assurer le renvoie de ton article afin qu'ils nous arrive intact. Il te sera remboursé si des défauts sont constatés.

ENGLISH VERSION
Each garment is made from recycled fabrics. Everything is handrcafted in our studio, in Lyon, France. Our aim is the zero waste with a special care on the quality of the fabrics that we source, and the details of each piece that we produce.
Due to those values and our process, it's not possible to guarantee of using the fabric from one piece to another, nor to define the exact composition of it.
Also, be sure that we're not using animal skin without mentionning it on the item page.

Garment care
Most of our items contain coton and synthetic fibers, but they might contain wool, or even silk sometimes. So we recommand you to wash softly your clothes at 30°C maximum in washing machine, to not heat dry it and to iron it on synthetic mode, if there's not the garment care specified on the article page.

Return and Exchange
We can refund but not exchange any item. You can cancel your order before that we ship it.
You have to contact us within 14 days after the reception of your item, if you want to return it. We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item to us. Once your item is received back, we will process your refund through Paypal or bank tranfer after having approved the issue.
N We don't refund if the damage is due to a mistreatment or a non respect of the cleaning instructions. You may also return the item to us within 14 days after reception.
To garantee the good inspection of your returned item, it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery. If the item is judged incorrect or faulty, we will also refund you the return postage.
